They have a wonderful little scam running. As it looks like all Furnace companies now run the same scam or sham, not sure what fits better. I Shook this guys hand, looked him dead in the eye and thanked him for coming out and being honest with me. To later find out , it was all just a scam. These people don't care, Aaron doesn't care, it's all about the money. I even told him, hey I'd pay more just because he came out to look, even though I had better quotes, with better warranties, I would go with them, because to me a Hand shake meant more than a few hundred dollars. Apparently, this is not the case for Aaron, he would prefer to flash the cards, wave the hands, and sucker you into something you did not want. We both verbally agreed on the Lennox L25 series garage heater, we agreed that the 30000 BTU would suffice. What i got was the bottom of the barrel Allied heater. This is not the quality Lennox heater I wanted, but it is distrubuted By Lennox, covered by Lennox, so what's the difference ?? Well the difference is , we shook hands, we discussed, and I signed. The fine print states Allied not Lennox. So good move on your part there Aaron, it won't happen again though. I hope people read this review, look twice or maybe even 3 times at what they sign for, ask the questions, and don't let Aaron's red face fool you, like all sale people, they are not out to help you, they are out to help themselves. JPS no longer works for the customer, They work for the Home Comfort Advisors, which is sad to say, because I'm sure when JPS started, many moons ago, a hand shake, and looking someone dead in the Eye actually meant something. Good luck in the future, my business is now done with JPS.

Professional and prompt. I requested a 21 point inspection on an older furnace. The service tech, Charles Robillard, tested air intake, gas pressure, and capacitor. He explained problem areas without any high-pressure upselling. I would certainly recommend JPS to potential customers.

We had Joshua and his colleague coming over today for furnace maintenance and duct cleaning.Joshua, very professional, hardworking guy. Unfortunately, I can’t say the same for the other guy. He spent the entire morning in our bathroom. I find it disgusting to be honest and I feel sorry now that I did not tell him to get the hell out.They said it is going to take 4 hrs when in fact it only took 2.5 hrs and that’s with one guy only.”, probably to justify the very expensive price they charge for. With all the discounts and membership it was around $460-ish.I wish I could say I was happy with the service.

Simon came by today to peform a duct cleaning and furnace inspection. He took the time to educate us on all the steps he would be doing and outlined a basic timeline for me. He was informative and corteous throughout the entire process. He took the time to provide further context when ever we asked a question to ensure we understood. He was very polite and personable to us as well as wonderfully nice to our new cat (captain majestic) who is still getting used to this environment. From estimator Jed reviewing the existing old furnace system carefully, providing us various replacement options and explaining pros/cons to help us make an informed decision; to the quick installation scheduling in this cold weather. On the day of replacement, technicians Josh and Dakota went over the replacement procedures with me in great details before starting work, demonstrated the first class workmanship after work is done, they also take great care of my home during the installation by placing lots of protective materials on carpet and in affected areas. Very happy with JPS furnace team's service offerings, workmanship and a fabulous finished installation; will recommend them to all my friends and families.New review in December 2024: this is the second time I used JPS in 2024, since a fantastic furnace replacement in January, I used JPS to replace my two aged hot water tanks. Hayden and his teammate worked carefully and diligently completing the replacement, patiently answered my questions while on site, also answered my questions after the installation, their professionalism is much appreciated! Would use JPS again if needs arise, AC next?!

This was the secound company we tried after the first turned us down cause we tried to install a new motor into our furnace and found we didint know how to wire it up right. Andrew wired it right and got everything working just to tell us it's unsafe and turn off the gas. 5 stars for the service, but 1 star for leaving footprints all over the place.When the technician came in to my house, he put on a shoe cover which was great, but during his visit here, he made several trips back to his van and kept the shoe cover on, and then came back to my house with all the dirt and snow outside. My basement is carpeted which will be even harder to clean. I find this unacceptable personally.Edit: They contacted me and rectified the issue. I was very satisfied with the level of customer service I received.

We could not be happier with the experience we had with JPS. From the first technician (Raymood) that came to our house and had to give us the unfortunate news that our furnace was in need of major repairs or replacement, to the sales and office folks (Travis and Tessa), the pre-install visit (John) to make sure everything would go smoothly to the techs that came to do the install (Adam, Ramen and Travis…and another guy I can’t remember his name!). All friendly, professional and respectful. We would recommend JPS to anyone needing a new furnace or AC without hesitation!

Great service! Had Andrew show up right on time and confidently tackled a rather tricky furnace repair. Highly recommended. The only issue that I had was the cost of the replacement parts. Thankfully only one required, but each of the parts that I potentially required were approximately 10X the price I sourced on-line. Potentially not OEM, but they do come with warranties; granted 1 month versus 1 year.
