5 stars for the service, but 1 star for leaving footprints all over the place.When the technician came in to my house, he put on a shoe cover which was great, but during his visit here, he made several trips back to his van and kept the shoe cover on, and then came back to my house with all the dirt and snow outside. My basement is carpeted which will be even harder to clean. I find this unacceptable personally.

November 2024 just had Simon come in to do our annual maintenance. Super friendly guy that knows his stuff. Have to give JPS a five-star rating again and still. 😃Just had our regular maintenance done again and still super happy with this company and can easily recommend them still and again. 😀We were super impressed from start to finish. The sales person Jonathan was very well informed and answered all the questions. All the trades people that came out were professional in every way. The area was cleaned up and everything was explained from the start to the end. We were extremely pleased with the work and now happy with peace of mind that our home will be warm for the coming winter and for years to come. It's very easy to recomend JPS to friends and family members.

We could not be happier with the experience we had with JPS. From the first technician (Raymood) that came to our house and had to give us the unfortunate news that our furnace was in need of major repairs or replacement, to the sales and office folks (Travis and Tessa), the pre-install visit (John) to make sure everything would go smoothly to the techs that came to do the install (Adam, Ramen and Travis…and another guy I can’t remember his name!). All friendly, professional and respectful. We would recommend JPS to anyone needing a new furnace or AC without hesitation!

Both installers were very good technicians. My job was a little more complicated, and they had no problems making it work. The finished job looked excellent. The guys started at 8:00 am and didn't stop until the job was completed at 5:30 pm.Our installation looks great.

The tech Charles R did an excellent service on our furnace, changed the filter, sent photos of the reading from his multimeter, photos of the condition the furnace is in, cleaned the igniter, called and went through his findings, recommended a complete professional duct cleaning company come in100% I will call and have Charles and JPS service my furnaces

Great service! Had Andrew show up right on time and confidently tackled a rather tricky furnace repair. Highly recommended. The only issue that I had was the cost of the replacement parts. Thankfully only one required, but each of the parts that I potentially required were approximately 10X the price I sourced on-line. Potentially not OEM, but they do come with warranties; granted 1 month versus 1 year.

We recently had JPS complete the removal of two old hot water tanks linked to our potable water and basement in-floor heating system to replace them with a Navien high efficiency tankless water heater system, that separates the in-floor heating from the potable water. Steve provided the initial consultation and Kody and Calum did the installation. We found all of them to be very professional and keen on ensuring that we were fully satisfied with the system and their work. Kody and Calum were timely, neat, and easy to talk to. Rocco our dog enjoyed their company. The installation looks good and the system is working well for us. Thanks to all of the team from JPS for your efforts.

Travis came to our home (even on a weekend) and guided us through the process. He was polite, professional and knowledgeable. Fast, professional, and efficient, great experience from purchase to install. I own a century home that no doubt proved challenging to retrofit, especially since I replaced both a med efficiency furnace and an old water heater. This job also required a lot of hands: gas fitter, electrician, plumber, and of course the HVAC specialist. They all arrived in uniform, driving company vehicles--not a whiff of subcontractor about them. Attention to detail was high. When they couldn't reach an electrical outlet for the water heater, they didn't mess around, they installed a new outlet closer to the equipment. When the job was done they made sure that I understood how my new equipment works (and of course that it did work). And I'm pretty sure that they left their work area in my basement cleaner than it was when they arrived!

A lot of people don't have the luxury of time when they're buying a new furnace.I had time as my furnace slowly and I had time to investigate several options over almost two weeks.I chose Daikin for several reasons.The initial contact on the phone was very positive and accommodating.The Daikin (JPS) representative who came to my house was very proud of the product, very knowledgeable and qualified, extremely polite and patient.I now know a LOT about furnaces!The CREW WAS FANTASTIC. JPS Company Uniforms, all 4 of them.Qualified and knowledgeable. Rolled out a mat through my house covering everywhere they walked.They were nice to my dogs and when the uniformed Supervisor came by it was clear they enjoyed working together, they were a team.I went out and bought them all Bow Tie Pizza for lunch.When the furnace was in, they showed me how my water heater exhaust wasn't up to code and then at no extra cost they repaired that!I believe Daiken is a superior product and I paid almost $1,000 more that I would have buying a 'dollar store' furnace from some of the other companies I interviewed.In my opinion Daiken is worth it and I have a great warranty and confidence in JPS Furnace who installed it.

The office called to advise the The technician would be coming about the back end of the service windows, and we appreciated the heads-up. The technician, Charles R., called about an hour later to say he was going to be arriving earlier as there had been a cancellation. Perfect! Charles was professional and personable.JPS has been excellent to deal with everytime!

JPS is installing a new furnace for us. They spent quality time explaining the process and what we could expect on the day of installation.Unfortunately, they were not able to find the right furnace . They called us and explained the delay and also sent Daniel to our home for a second inspection of the home, to check if they could use the furnaces they had in stock. Daniel was very honest and informed us that we would need the kind of furnace they recommended at first and assured us that they would be keep us on the priority and hopefully we would have our new furnace installed in a few weeks .As promised, Levi and Malek came on Oct 18, to instal our new furnace. They did an excellent job and we are quite happy. Levi explained the things we could expect when the new furnace was turned on. They completed the work and cleaned up before they left.Thank you JPS .

Called for a quick appt. As my furnace was not heating. The technician was nice. Found that a portion of the furnace wasn’t working and said it is a known issue covered by a recall and warranty. The furnace is only 5 years old. Despite this he said that it was better to buy a new furnace for approx. $15k with weeks delay to get and no answer as to what to do for heat till replaced. I chose to get a second opinion. Second company came. Found a birds nest in the exterior exhaust and replaced a relay switch for approximately 3% of the suggested replacement and had heat running in less than hour.Based on this I could not recommend this company.

Devon was very knowledgeable in pin pointing the reason behind an error message that we were getting from our thermostat. He also guided me through the operation and programming of our Daikin system as we are new to this brand. It was also nice to have received a photo and brief write up via text about Devon, as well as a phone call from him with an ETA. A really great experience, professional, thorough, and efficient!!

I had Josh come do to my yearly maintenance on the furnace, A/C, and hot water tank. Josh was very professional and after he was done took the time to show me what he did and any follow up required. He took the time to answer all my questions (I'm a new home owner) which made for a pleasant experience.I also had Andrew come to install a new thermostat. He took the time to figure out which thermostat would work best with what I wanted and the current wiring setup. Before leaving he made sure everything worked well and functioning as intended.One of the best parts of getting JPS to do your yearly maintenance is the info package with pictures then send you after the job is complete. Great company. Highly recommend.

I use JPS for my furnace tune-ups and duct cleaning, and I recently had them install an A/C unit as well. Their service continues to be great. I am extremely satisfied with their service and the whole team.Adam A and Dakota installed the A/C unit and I have nothing but great things to say. They were on time, courteous, and professional. After the installation, Adam gave me instructions on the new Daikin panel and app.Along with the A/C installation, Adam R installed a load miser. Likewise, he was courteous and professional, and answered all the questions I had. Shortly after the installation, JPS provided me with information regarding the city inspection. The inspection went smoothly, of course.And lastly, thank you, Rajat the Advisor, for all the information prior to the decision. He answered all the questions I had and was very prompt with the answers (even during the weekend he replied to my questions).Overall, it was a great experience, and I recommend JPS to anyone who’s considering purchasing an A/C unit.
