We have had many fantastic, positive experiences with JPS. Moving into a new home and finding out immediately that you need furnace repairs, with the a/c breaking down shortly after, was quite stressful, but JPS made us feel confident and kept our minds at ease in helping us deal with these issues. We had furnace repairs and dealt with Abhishek, who was incredibly friendly, polite, knowledgeable and efficient. We then purchased a new A/C and gas water tank, dealing with their sales rep Jay. Jay was very friendly, knowledgeable and walked us through everything, really catering his advice to our specific situation. The installation crew and electrician were great - they took their time and involved us in the process, explaining things as they went.

So far a big positive and a big negative . Best quote out of 3 competitors. Sales Rep Rajat was awesome. Friendly knowledgeable professional on target. Had lots of patience to answer my million questions and was very thorough. Honest punctual friendly. Thats part was spot on. 5 stars for Rajat.Not too impressed with installation booking. They have their fixed schedule and they want the customer to work with that. No weekend installs 😱😵and installation must start by 8 am🥴😴!! Little disappointed that instead of working with my schedule I was to told I might have to take a day off for the install. Room for Improvement I say. Lots of room. Someone paying you almost 6 K has to take a day off for your guys to come install AC? Where is the value for my money? It felt like the company is doing me a favour by installing AC and does not appreciate my business. Finally Agreed on a time a month later when I have time off but had to pay 10% deposit. No attempt to make it easier for the paying customer😬🫨😶🫢So 2 stars here ( I m being generous here).Will update the review once I get the AC installed in Nov.

Our hot water tank went on us on Friday afternoon. Saturday, I called JPS to find out how much it would cost for a replacement. Bri answered the phone and was very helpful in answering my questions. I told her I wanted to check on a couple of other places to compare prices and services. I tried calling other shops, and no one answered their phones, so I called Bri back and said, "You are the only one who answered your phone, and you now have our business!". Bri did a great job in finding a day for us, which was Tuesday morning. It was a pleasure dealing with Bri!Sully was our technician and he was great! He explained what he was doing and answered all our questions. We enjoyed chatting to Sully and had some good laughs! He was very professional, very pleasant, and had a great sense of humor! We highly recommend this company! 10/10Thank you, JPS!

After some challenges related to AC location and ductwork were resolved the installation work related to our new Daikin high efficiency furnace and Daikin AC was exceptional. The team of Sheldon, Josh and Adam was very helpful and professional, and they left very clean worksites when they were done. Had new AC ductless unit installed today in our condo. All of the employees, Adam, Levi and Malik, from JPS were very professional, on time and the installation process was completed without any issues. They cleaned up everything and took away the boxes etc. Would recommend JPS to anyone living in a condo.

Appointment was set up via email.Technician, Devon, arrived promptly at the appointed time and diagnosed the problem, obtained the replacement parts, and completed the repair and subsequent test. Prices were higher than expected but I guess those are the going rates for professional service these days. He did advise me of the senior's discount which is available which helped with the billing.

JPS is installing a new furnace for us. They spent quality time explaining the process and what we could expect on the day of installation.Unfortunately, they were not able to find the right furnace . They called us and explained the delay and also sent Daniel to our home for a second inspection of the home, to check if they could use the furnaces they had in stock. Daniel was very honest and informed us that we would need the kind of furnace they recommended at first and assured us that they would be keep us on the priority and hopefully we would have our new furnace installed in a few weeks .

My experience with JPS was fantastic!Zoltan, who completed the service, was kind, professional, patient and answered all of my questions and explained both his plan prior to beginning as well as what he'd done when the work was completed.The previous owner of my home was a smoker, so the vents, duct and furnace were in desperate need of a serious deep clean. It took Zoltan four hours (my house is not big), and the results (which I saw through the before/after photos Zoltan shared) show just how thorough he was.The air truly feels better in my house, and there has been less dust settling everywhere since the service. I've even had family comment on the difference!I am so appreciative of Zoltan and JPS. Not only will I be using their services again, but I also will be recommending them to my family and friends.

He helped me set up financing and let me have all available credits and incentives.The installation team of Levi and Jackson was efficient and the finished project was neat and tidy. AC installed timely and professionally. Ac system turned off because it doesn’t work properly. I believe problem is thermostat, installer did not know how to set it snd unable to instruct me on how to use, contacted manufacturers for coaching. No luck. My current plan is to contract another AC company in efforts to fix. I lost confidence in JPS. I would never recommend them to anyone as I spent a lot of money for a system that doesn’t work

As friendly and as nice as the Service that I received was, I can't help but feeling like I have been taken to the cleaners by the this company. I have had my A/C for about 6 years or so now. Never had one problem with it. In the Spring I decided to get a tune up on it. It cost well over $150. (Made a mistake: The cost was over $407) Now all of the sudden, things start freezing up on it. So I call these guys again thinking I would get a deal because they were just here a couple months ago. The guy comes and checks things out and tells me my refrigerant is low and it could cost up to $500 plus another fee of closing to $150 for the service call. Why was I not told this in Spring that the refrigerant was low, if indeed it was. I sometimes wonder if something was done to cause this problem. I have now paid over $300 and am no further ahead and still have to get more refrigerant.Very disappointed in this company that try and take advantage of customers with ridiculous server call rates and then even try and charge more, when your back is against the wall. Be very careful and shop around for honest companies, if you can find one.Further to this, I paid over $5300 for a very good unit and it was purchase in 2018 (6 Years old). I refuse to put another $500 in a companies pocket when I have just spent over $550 in the past 3.5 months. I would rather put in another companies pocket that isn't try to rip me off.
