Where do I start ?We first met with Travis who was very knowledgeable and worked hard to get us something that would meet our needs. He discussed our options in great detail and was very patient with us.We needed a new furnace that would accommodate an A/C system in the future.We were able to work something out so we could get both at the same time.He made all the arrangements and we were told the job could be done in a matter of days. He said it would take two days to install.Then the crew showed up and I must say their level professionalism was outstanding. Two crews showed up and they worked something well together that they got the job done in one day. Wow. They were courteous, and friendly and very respectful. Hayden was able to guide me and explain things in great detail. And spoke with great confidence about any questions we had. I was very impressed with all of them. The system works fine and exceeded our expectations.I would recommend and refer anyone to use this team. They were very competent in getting the job done. Even the receptionist was so polite and helpful to make sure everything ran smooth. Their communication skills were so fine tuned. We want to thank you all for going above and beyond.We would have given you 5 stars but there was an issue regarding the financing. We had originally worked out a deal for 13.5% interest rate with our monthly payment around $234 however after all was said and done, we ended up with 16.5 % making out payments $274 per month.We believe the finance company is more to blame for this but still, something didn’t jive properly with what we were originally told.All in all, thumbs up. We are very satisfied with the product and instal and the peace of mind that comes along with it.Thank you very much JPS

When it was time to have my old furnace and ac replaced (from a company that was one I will never go to or recommend to anyone) I booked a quote from JPS and Jay came to my place. He took his time not rushing or making huge sales pitches, his professionalism in helping me pick out the right system for our forever home was what all customer service and sales should be. He was very knowledgeable and patient, answering all our questions. We went with the Daikin modulating high efficiency furnace and variable inverter AC unit. It has been almost 2 months now and already we have seen the difference in our utility bill.But let’s not forget about the install team either!!! They held the same standard of service as Jay, they didn’t rush the install and went over everything before they left and my place was SPOTLESS!!!! They have a lifelong customer from me!!!

Our small house is old & will be torn down soon. It was built in stages so has 2 furnaces. The furnace the heats the part of the house we live in the most - died in Feb winter. JPS had so many good reviews so I called them. Our experience was not the same as what I read about. The sales person "assumed" what we would want for a furnace. I didn't know what questions to ask - I have never had to buy one before... now I have to suffer with a decision the company says I made. The cold air vent (which they had to build) has to bring in air from outside & that air blows on me for 5+ min every time the furnace goes one. The company says I could have picked a furnace that would regulated the air flow in some way. So now my only alternative, after spending $8,500 in Feb, is to purchase a new furnace, again, for a house that will be torn down in the near future.I will rate as 3 out of 5 - as they did start & finish the install in same day (it took 5+ hrs longer than quoted). The ducts they built were done well. When I called to have someone check out the issues I was experiencing - JPS did send someone - I was not happy with the answers, I was blamed for picking wrong furnace - but he did come.

Booked an enhanced quality duct cleaning package on top of our annual air conditioning and furnace maintenance. The whole service took about 6 hours to finish. Our technician, Zoltan, arrived first thing in the morning to make sure there was plenty of time to complete the work.Zoltan was professional, knowledgeable and very helpful, and he explained everything clearly and answered all our questions. He meticulously cleaned and sanitized all the ducts and vents in our house. He also carefully checked our AC and furnace to make sure they were running smoothly. Zoltan was very efficient and also made sure our house was cleaned up after the service. We are very satisfied with the service.

Update April 2025I was receiving some error codes on my thermostat and contacted JPS about them. Without skipping a beat, they dispatched Devon to check it out. He did an initial assessment and we continued to monitor the situation.The errors came back, so JPS dispatched Calum who performs warranty work. Calum investigated further and determined we needed to replace a couple of boards. All in all, the JPS team continues to amaze me on how quickly and efficiently they respond to their customers when issues arise.I continue to laud the expertise and professionalism the team displays and will continue to recommend JPS to anyone who needs furnace or AC repair or replacement.Update 30 Apr 2024I've just had my annual furnace and AC maintenance done by Simon from JPS and once again, he showed up early and did an amazing job.Simon was thorough and provided a great job going through each item on both checklists to ensure I was up to date on the status of my furnace and AC units.I continue to impressed by the professionalism and dedication to doing a great job every time I have a reason to have them here. He completed the replacement of the water heater which included bringing the exhaust vent up to current code. Met with Jay from JPS Furnace & Air Conditioning to talk about installing an Air Conditioning Unit for my house.Jay arrived on time, and immediately went about assessing my house and my needs for an AC unit.Jay was adamant about offering the most appropriate solution (not just the most expensive) for my house and listening to any questions or concerns I had, including questions about financing. its our 1st time working with JPS. so far everything went smoothly from sales to installation, we got a Daikin AC. Travis took the extra time and effort in making sure we knew and understood what we were getting. Attila, Albert, and the crew did a neat and tidy install, professional work and very efficient. Passed city inspection with no issues.We will see how JPS stands behind their work and the products they endorse. Given Daikin's 14 years parts and labour warranty, only time can tell.

We just had our 5 year tuneup on our Daikin furnace that was supplied and installed by JPS. Joshua is such a nice guy who arrived right on time and is very thorough. I was not home when he arrived and my wife was in her office working, and other than a couple questions for her he just went about all he had to do. When I arrived he was just finishing. He let me know what he did and asked if I needed any other services, like a duct cleaning or hot water tank service, which I declined and he wasn’t pushy about it at all!! Very refreshing!JPS has been absolutely fantastic with all of their services. I highly recommend them to everyone.

We’ve been customers of JPS for the past 3 years and are always incredibly satisfied with their service. We had our scheduled annual maintenance today with Charles. He was friendly and courteous. He checked everything out and reported our furnace was in good working order. He noted our humidifier was heavily calcified and showed me pictures for reference. Charles suggested ways we could resolve that on our own, or alternatively he could replace it for us.Overall as with every visit we’ve had in the past (install, warranty work and annual maintenance), we are very pleased with the quality of service.
